CIPS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) supports your development by providing a framework to help you plan and evaluate your learning

The on line tool provides you with support and information to:

  • Learn ABOUT CPD. Assess your strengths and weaknesses as a Purchasing & Supply (P&S) professional against National and CIPS standards.
  • PLAN AND CHOOSE to bridge skills gaps or build strengths over a flexible CPD cycle. Use various development activities to improve both P&S skills and 'Business Essential' general skills.
  • REVIEW and JUDGE how effective those activities have been in improving your professional competence.
  • RECORD the results in a simple form.

What's in the on-line tool?

The on line tool supports your CPD, however you may prefer to use a paper based system. To request the paper templates email cpd@cips.org Also available in the on line tool are the followings aids to help you:

  • Simply log-in and generate reports.
