CIPS Continuing Professional Development (CPD) supports your development by providing a framework to help you plan and evaluate your learning
The on line tool provides you with support and information to:
- Learn ABOUT CPD. Assess your strengths and weaknesses as a Purchasing & Supply (P&S) professional against National and CIPS standards.
- PLAN AND CHOOSE to bridge skills gaps or build strengths over a flexible CPD cycle. Use various development activities to improve both P&S skills and 'Business Essential' general skills.
- REVIEW and JUDGE how effective those activities have been in improving your professional competence.
- RECORD the results in a simple form.
